If i purchase goods from a credit card one week before the proposal will it affect my proposal ?

As a general rule you should not be putting anything on credit immediately before filing a consumer proposal. As to whether it will affect the proposal, it could. Ultimately it will depend on the amount of the transactions and what those transactions are for. Now if the transactions are nominal and for legitimate living costs then it probably wouldn’t but larger the amount the more likely it will.
