Consumer Proposal Time Period

If my Creditors agree to my proposal before 45 days… can my proposal start before 45 days after filing????

Your consumer proposal starts on the day you filed the proposal, not on the 45 days after filing. It is immediately upon the filing of the consumer proposal that the stay of proceedings is effected and the proposal begins.
