Can a CP be filed for two people under the same address?

I was approved for a CP. I live with my husband who is also considering filing a CP in the future because he is having a tough time paying his debts. Can he file a CP in the future given that I’ve filed one and we both live in the same address? If so, is a timeframe in which he can file a CP?
