None of my unsecured debt is joint with my spouse. Do I have to provide her financial details to do a consumer proposal?

No, BUT you will be peanlized for not doing so. If a spouse is not filing with you and they don’t want to disclose thier income they don’t have to, but the amount you will have to repay may be adjusted upward to compensate. You’ll need to discuss this in detail with your trustee BEFORE you file so they can show you how the math works.
