Foreclousure/amendment too existing consumer proposal

I did a propsal buy did not include the matromony home, now 2 years later getting behind on mortgage payments. One year ago I inherit a second home which i gifted to my new wife, if i file a amendment now before foreclouser on the first home (firstwife ) , will my new wife be affected by the fact i gave her title too the inherited home, can she keep this home that was left to me

In order to answer this question more details are required and potentially a bit of an investigation into the timing and value of the second home which was gifted. It is possible that this gifting will cause you and issue and prevent you from being able to do anything without considering the value of that gift. But more detail is required to know for sure. What you need to do is to contact a local trustee.
