Can I pay-off the entire consumer proposal or do I have to continue paying each month?

I’ve already paid 24 months of my consumer proposal. I have 3 more years.
I just inherited some money. Can I pay-off the entire consumer proposal or do I have to continue paying each month until the consumer proposal is finished? Thanks. This website is terrific.

Yes, you can pay the consumer proposal in full at any point during the proposal itself. There is no additional cost or penalty to doing so, you simply are finished the proposal faster and then can concentrate on rebuilding your credit.
