proposal other province

I presently live in Quebec and moving to another province in the new year, can I do a proposal in the other province or should I make a proposal before I leave Quebec.

If you owe a lot of “local” people in Quebec then you should file before you move – if you owe a lot of national companies then you should wait until after you move to file. The reason is simple enough – if you owe local people then you want to make it easy for them to deal with your trustee (that way they are more likely to agree to your proposal).
