During the 45 days waiting period do we pay the debts as we are even if we can not make the full payments? What do we do?

I can only assume that you are referring to the 45 days in which the creditors have to vote on a consumer proposal. If that is indeed what you are referring to you do not need to make any payments towards your creditors, simply follow the instructions your trustee would have provided and wait for the outcome of that vote.
