Consumer Prop and CCRA

If I owe CCRA 16,000 for GST and Income tax for 2010-can I choose not to includes these amounts in a Consumer proposal. I am a sole propertier.

When you file a consumer proposal it has to be to all of your unsecured creditors, you can’t pick and choose. So that means you will have to list CRA for bothe GST and Income tax and there is no way around this.
