I know that I will receive an inheritance but do not know the amount nor do I no specifically when I will receive it …I am in some financial difficulty with no assets or property…if I file a consumer proposal now with a one payment offer do I need to disclose about the future inheritance.

Absolutely, this would legally need to be disclosed. Failure to disclose a material fact like this would be fraudulent and if a proposal was put forward without this information and it came to light later it would be reason to rescind any consumer proposal
that was offered and make you ineligible to file another. Not to mention you would have lied under oath when signing the proposal documents and that can be considered a criminal offense.
