Do I need to include my wife in my consumer proposal if she is not on any of debt ???

A licensed trustee said...

No you do not, but part of your disclosure to your trustee and creditors will include information about your spouse and her income (if she has any). The budget you submit to your trustee will include the total household income and the total household expenese – not just yours.
