How long do I have to wait after I have filed a consumer proposal to apply for a secured credit card? I travel alot for work and need to have something to hold reservations.

There is no stipulation of a time you must wait. You can apply for a secured credit card the day after you file a bankruptcy or a proposal, although I suppose most people will likly need a little time save a bit of money first.
