How much does the trustee charge to prepare the credit proposal.

The cost of the proposal is based on a Tariff that is contained in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and essentially is 20% of whatever goes out to the creditors. This is an amount that is simply deducted from your monthly payments, so you never need to worry about being hit by a surprise bill.
