Can you change trustees during a bankruptcy?

You cannot change trustees during a bankruptcy. However if you feel that your trustee is not following the rules and regulations set out in the bankruptcy and insolvency act, you may contact the local Office of the Superintendent in Bankruptcy to discuss a complaint or your options
