It is possible that a bankrupt individual would have to make payments to their trustee relating to the trustee’s interest in any assets that formed part of the bankruptcy even after the date of discharge.

Unfortunately we cannot advise you on what to do in your situation as we would need more information on what is happening with your file. If your trustee is asking your for something that you feel is not right you can seek the advice of the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy. That is the government agency that licenses Trustees and also has copies of all of the statutory documents from your bankruptcy file. With access to your documents, they may have a better understanding as to what is being asked of you by your Trustee.
