Can I declare bankrupcy for my line of credit only and keep my credit card

Nope – just like the last question, you cannot pick and chose which debts to include. Even if you have no balance on your credit card when you file your proposal you must surrender the card. You have the right to ask the credit card company to let you keep the card (or re-issue the card), but you can probably imagine how often they agree to that…
