if i sold a vehcile and the person bought it not knowing it had a lean on it .and i went bankrupt. could the bank go after that person and take the vehcile

Yes, when you sell a vehicle you have a legal responsibility to provide a clear title to the property sold. So the bank has a valid claim on that vehicle, and regardless of whether you file a bankruptcy or not, if the bank is not being paid then it can and very likely will seize that vehicle.
