I am being sued. I will not be able to pay the amount and am going to have to go bankrupt. Is being sued like a student loan wherin I can’t write it into my bankruptcy ?

Lawsuits are different than student loans. Most lawsuits are cleared in a bankruptcy
, at least most civil lawsuits. The exception to this are civil lawsuits for intentional bodily harm, wrongful death and sexual assualt.
