Hi,We are seriously condersidering bankruptcy…My husband works outside and sometimes don`t get many hours when the weather isn`t good,when he works and has more than 40 hrs.he will save them to make up when and if there`s little work.Can he continue to do this during bankruptcy?Thank you.

Certainly – the cost of filing is based onj the household income so if your husband’s hours flucuate it may simply mean your payments will flucuate too. Make sure you discuss this in detail with your trustee BEFORE you file so thatb you understand exactly how the payments work – you don’t want to be surprised with a really large paymetn after you file…
