one of my good friend was working with this company for 3 years not knowing that she did not declare taxes so my friend get auidedand have to pay a large amount of money can she apply for bankruptcy and what are the procedure

Yes, you can file for bankruptcy and be cleared from tax debt. While there is a category of debts that are not released by bankruptcy, taxes do not fall into this category.

The bankruptcy process is quite straightforward, and it all begins by meeting with a local trustee, so I recommend you have your friend do just that. The trustee will help her to understand the options available, what to expect and help her to put together a plan to deal the outstanding tax issue as best as possible.
