can a trustee see my bank statements during my bankruptcy without me knowing

Normally when someone asks this type of question it is because there is something going on in their bank account that they don’t want their trustee to see. I am not going to guess what it is you don’t want your trustee to see, but bankruptcy law is designed to help the honest, but unfortunate debtor gain releif – if your trustee finds out that you are hidning something it may land you in a heap of trouble…
