Can a deficiency judgement from CMHC be included in a bankruptcy?

Yes, this is a standard unsecured creditor, it doesn’t fall into the category of debts that are not released by the filing of a bankruptcy and will be cleared along with your other debts when you are discharged from bankruptcy.
