am I a Bankrupt now or I do need to file bankruptcy
I am out of canada for the last 3- years i-e since 2005, same year in 2005, I took loan from credit lines and credit cards of different canadian banks. am I a Bankrupt now or I do need to file bankruptcy.

You need to actively place yourself into bankruptcy. This is done by contacting a local trustee, arranging to sit down with that trustee for an initial consultation, returning the necessary application form and then sitting down for about 30 minutes to sign all the necessary documents to place yourself into bankruptcy.
