savings while in bankruptcy

April 7th, 2009 by Questions

I am currently in bankruptcy and paying surplus income to my trustee. After the surplus is paid the rest of my income covers my main expenses plus some for entertainment etc. If I cut back on the extras every month am I allowed to put this surplus money into a savings account?
