Are you able to claim payday loans in a bankruptcy? (ie Money mart)

As long as you haven’t pledged any assets as collateral against those loans then the pay day loans will be cleared by the filing of a bankruptcy. In most cases payday loans are simply unsecured creditors and are not given any special treatment in comparison to the rest of your creditors.
