Quebec studen loan

I graduated from a Quebec university in 1993, and now carry a very large loan. The government has recently had a judgment against me for the amount..
Is it possible to declare bankruptcy in this situation? will this be able to be included?

The only regulation with student loans is that for them to be cleared from a bankruptcy you have to be out school for at least 7 years on the day you file for bankruptcy. So as long as you haven’t attended any school for at least 7 years you shouldn’t have any difficulty.
