This type of transfer will liklely cause both you an your husband a considerable amount of grief. Simply removing your name from title doesn’t necessarily remove your interest in the property, especially when the transfer is made at a time you know you are insolvent, it is made to a related party and done so for nominal consideration.
Chances are very good that if this is done the bankruptcy will have to pursue your interest in the property and likely be able to overturn the transaction or potentially obtain a judgement against you and/or your husband. As well it will potentially make you ineligible for an Automatic Discharge in the bankruptcy and may result in a sigificant delay before you are able to be discharged at all.
