IF I WERE TO FILE BANKRUPTCY,WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO THE CREDIT CARDS THAT I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PAY OFF?WOULD I LOSE THEM AS WELL?

Unfortunately, when you file for bankruptcy or a proposal you are rerquired to surrender all of your credit cards – even the ones with no balance owing.
If you must have a credit acrd you are allowed to apply for a secured card after you file, or you may be able to ask a family member for a secondary/supplementary card.
