Death and bankruptcy

If the estate of a deceased person files for bankruptcy will it ultimately be discharged.

Maybe, but only if there is some reason to go to the time and expense of applying to the Court for the discharge.

Generally, the bankruptcy for a deceased person is treated like that of a corporation – unless there’s a reason to finish the procedure it won’t be.
