Monthly income reports
Bankruptcy was filed in January 2006. All payments including surplus income requested to date have been made. The discharge date is supposed to be in October. The trustee filed in September for discharge even though they said I still needed to report income for September, which I couldn’t do until the end of the month. Will I receive discharge when all surplus is paid if they say there is more to pay? Can they ask for surplus payment beyond my September income?
Assuming all of your other obligations are completed and the court has agreed with this you will be discharged. However, the court is the organization that determines this, as a result if the court requests additional monies to be paid, you will have to ensure these are paid prior to receiving a discharge.
