Can my husband’s creditor do this?
My husband filed for bankruptcy. I work in a financial institution and wait on some of his creditors at times. There is one couple from one of the businesses who do not say anything to me but try their best to intimidate me. They will stare me down and shake their heads while staring at me. This doesn’t seem right as I am NOT the one who filed, plus its a place of business. It’s awful….do I have any rights, is there anything I can do?
At this point it doesn’t sound as if this couple has done anything wrong so other than simply confronting them on this issue there isn’t really much else that can be done.
