My problem is that I have no choice but to file for bankruptcy as my husbands wages are being garnished, and we can’t even pay for living expenses now….will i be able to get another OSAP loan after this? so i can finish school and get a real job to to survive in this economy! I have 2 kids to raise…HELP!! I have worked so hard for this
and it’s so close just so financially far!

Call the school that you want to attend next year and discuss with them the rules and regulations regarding bankruptcy and OSAP. The rules have changed a couple of times in the last few years and I don’t want to send you in the wrong direction.
