I am at the point where I have to declare bankruptcy. I will have to include the mortgage on my home in this bankruptcy. How much time do I have from the time I see a Licensed Insolvency Trustee before I have to move from my home?
It depends on how far behind you are on your mortgage payments. If you are relatively current, you probably have a month or two to find another place to live. Your trustee will be able to give you more specific advice based on your situation.
