Bankruptcy fraud in Manitoba

January 5th, 2006 by Questions

I am concerned with a couple who recently claimed bankruptcy. It is obvious as all assets were not reported. The wife quickly cashed in several thousands of dollars of Canada Savings Bonds that was not declared, owns a small business, one drives a red sports car that is less than 3 years old, the other drives a 2004 truck worth 45,000.00 plus dollars, they own a speed boat, an atv and 2 newer snowmobiles, and the wages of the husband are being falsely reported by the company he works for. How does one report this and to who?

If you believe bankruptcy fraud has occurred in Manitoba or anywhere else in Canada, you can contact the bankrupt’s trustee, or the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy
