credit card question

if i file for personal bankruptcy in Canada,do i have to return everything i bought on credit cards?

The only way you can retain this credit card is if you get a letter of permission from the lending institution. Otherwise upon the filing of a bankruptcy all cards must be either destroyed or delivered to your trustee, regardless of whether there is an amount owing on the cards in question.
