At this point my suggestion is very simple, you need to speak with a trustee. From the sounds of it you may not quite be at the point where a bankruptcy is necessary, but it may be close. Regardless, speak with a trustee, you may be able to be proactive now and have more options available to you, as opposed to waiting until things get worse. I typically find the longer you wait, the more difficult things get, and the fewer options that are left at that point. So contact a trustee, there is no cost to simply meet with them, get your sitaution assessed and talk about strategies to help get the debts under control.
