My trustee has given me an amount that will get me discharged. CRA has an s160 against my wife. If I get discharged does CRA still have the right to pursue my wife?

Nope. If CRA has raised a Section 160 assessment against your wife then it is something she is going to have to deal with. It has nothing to do with your bankruptcy and your discharge does not absolve her of her debts. Sorry – you need to speak to someone at CRA to find out if they plan on pursuing your wife once you are discharged.
