Collection harassment after bankruptcy

collection agency still harassing me for 2005 bill that was discharged in bankruptcy. I have told them but they still call and mail letters.

You need to force them to the next level. Send them a registered letter (or couriered – you need proof of delivery) instructing them to either desist or take you to Court. If they persist lodge a complaint with Consumer Affairs – all collection agencies are licenced by the Province. If the take you to Court show the Court your bankruptcy documents…
