what happens at end of bankruptcy if you havent made all your monthly payments

Your bankruptcy won’t end… Instead of being discharged by your trustee a hearing will be scheduled and you will have to appear in Bankruptcy Court and ask for your discharge. The Court will set terms that include, at a minimum, the payment of all the outstanding amounts plus whatever additional amounts the Court feels are warranted. It is not a good situation to be in as you can never be sure just what the Court will do…
Call your trustee and work something out – it will save you time and money.
