cra and spouse

I owe cra $40,000 we have been commonlaw for 15 months,my income is $48,000 a year my spouses is $60,000 i have to file bankruptcy, but i dont want her to have to be involved in my debt to revenue canada. Is this possible?

CRA cannot force your spouse to make payments on your debt, but their income will have an impact on how much it costs to file for bankruptcy.
