How soon after you are discharged from bankruptcy can you take money out of your RRSP?

There is no required time for you to wait. Once you are discharged what you do with your RRSP is up to you. The only thing to be careful of are taxes. Make sure you set a portion of the withdrawn funds aside for taxes.
