What’s Included..?

The Bankruptcy was claimed in 2006 and was absolute discharged in 2007. Now, I have a creditor coming back, and saying they are owed money which was included in the bankruptcy.
The Trustee is not helpful and is giving out minimal information and is not disclosing much information to us.
We lost our papers of what was included in the bankruptcy.
Is there a way to find out what was included in the bankruptcy ourselves without going through our not-so-helpful Trustee?

Try contacting the Office of the Superintendant of Bankruptcy.

Just a word of warning, if the only reason you’re not using your trustee to obtain these documents is the fact that they wanted to charge you a fee the government may simply refer you back to them and tell you to pay the fee…
