car lease

I filed for bankruptcy last October have since been discharged. When I filed, I had a car lease which I continued to pay each month but I never reaffirmed the lease , now the vehicle is due back and they say I owe 1200 dollars for a scratch on the bumper and some rust do I have to pay them or is that included in the bankruptcy or did I reaffirm the lease by continuing to pay and now stuck with the bill.

You kept the vehicle, continued to use the vehicle and continued to put wear and tear on the vehicle. The lease has nothing to do with your bankruptcy, there is no need to reaffirm the lease, the lease agreement is still valid both before during and after the bankruptcy. So ultimately you are responsible for this bill.
