After filing bankruptcy in Canada do I have to remain in Canada until I am finished?

After filling personal bankruptcy do I have to be in Canada during the process for 9 months(I,m thinking to go back in Europe) ??

There is no problem with you re-locating during bankruptcy. the only key is you must discuss this with your trustee and make the necessary arrangements for payments, counseling sessions etc.. Now arrangements can be made for a number of these when you are away, but it is best to ensure the arrangements are made prior to leaving.
