Discharge

What is the difference between the person declaring bankruptcies discharge date and the discharge date of the trustee? When is a person `officially` out of bankruptcy?
Would the student loan office be free to pursue an debtor after the individuals discharge date or do they have to wait until the trustees discharge date

A person is officially out of bankruptcy once they have been given a bankruptcy discharge. The trustee discharge simply signifies the file has been closed on the trustee’s end of things and all money is distributed.
As for student loans, they would only have to wait until the bankrupts discharged had been received.
