I received a conditional discharge from the Bankruptcy Court .

are the past debts covered in my bankruptcy collectable again if I do not obtain a final discharge?

Yes, if you don`t comply with the terms of the conditional discharge you will not be released form your debts and ultimately you will be left in bankruptcy without the court protection you have now and your creditors will be able to collect the full balance of the debt directly from you.
