Can I sponsor a spouse after bankruptcy? If so, how long do i have to wait before I do so?

I have never seen anyone run into troubles doing this, but immigration is not an area that a trustee is trained in. I would recommend contacting either a lawyer that specializes in this area or the department of the government you are already dealing with.
