if somebody had a grocery store and that person owes some money to his supplier then in that case he has to pay his supplier or he is secured.

I suppose it is possible that the supplier could have written up a security contact, but not likely. However, in the event of a bankruptcy there is a section that deals with suppliers who have delivered goods within the last 30 days. These 30 day goods claims are given special rights that other suppliers are not provided.
