When am I able to be bondable after bankruptcy? Is it after discharge? Or are bondable while going through bankruptcy? Thanks your site has been very informative

It is up to the bonding agency…. It is unlikely that you will be bondable during the period that you remain an undischarged bankrupt (9 months for most people), but assuming there are no other problems with your application is it possible you may be bondable as soon as you are discharged.
