How long after bankruptcy can I cash RRSP

If you have filed bankruptcy and have an RRSP that can be cashed out when you file then your trustee is required to cash it out and give the money to your creditors.
If you have purchased a new RRSP during your bankruptcy then you may cash it out at any time.
